Caring for an ageing parent or impaired family member is a stressful time. The team at Independent Care wanted their new website to reflect the care and attention they gave to families – both those needing care, and those seeking care for a loved one who can often feel guilty at delegating care.
They also wanted to sensitively address the very real issues involved with in-home care?(rather than avoiding the sometimes uncomfortable realities families were facing)?in comforting and easy-to-understand language which wouldn’t overwhelm their audience.
